And you definitely stood a chance of cracking the magnesium castings they don’t like hard impactsThe saw had been sitting for many years. My dad and I put put all our strength into it with a screwdriver. The manual impact screwdriver worked second blow!
Need to be an adult with a job for that you’ll get there somedayI spelled lying wrong. I have never had any loan.

We need moisture or it’s going to be a bad year for firesMorning / Evening All. I hope all my neighbours in ND and MN are ready, the north winds are kicking up again, 20mph gusting to 35. Temps will be dropping again. The good news is it is actually keeping the weather below us but it looks like most will be warm enough to get rain not snow. Our day time “high” is about 18 degrees cooler than it is now.

Fires have already been bad. It’s a fuel box waiting for a spark out here right now…We need moisture or it’s going to be a bad year for fires.
Yeah....I'm over it too. I'd hoped it would be good for the youts to get some "real world experience", but I see that allowing them to hang out in this thread was a bad idea.I can’t handle it.
For the best. They just aren’t mature enough to handle it in here. And neither of them listen when given directions, or extremely heavy hints.Yeah....I'm over it too. Neither of them can reply in this thread any longer.
I have a 7.3 that is having trouble turning fast enough to fire off. I'm going to chitcan it in favor of a 460 gasser I believe.Good morning fellas. I’ve been battling with an electrical issue on the skidder that last couple days. Yesterday I ended up puttinf in new batteries, and having all new battery cables made up - which I decided to measure out and redesign because the knucklepuck that owned it before me changed a cable or 2 and they were too long and bound up in multiple places. Anyway, more electrical trouble shooting for me today. Wish me luck.
Like Dallas....but younger? They just aren’t mature enough to handle it in here.
That’s kinda what I’m dealing with - starter will spin but won’t engage the flywheel. Have good grounds now, and good supply voltage to the starter. Starter tested good. Today I’ll be testing and probably making new wiring to the solenoid from the starter button. I don’t think I’m getting enough amperage to kick the bendix out.I have a 7.3 that is having trouble turning fast enough to fire off. I'm going to chitcan it in favor of a 460 gasser I believe.
High probability.Like Dallas....but younger?
That's an odd issue. I'd take a closer look at the starter. Have you tried jumping it straight to the starter pole? That’s kinda what I’m dealing with - starter will spin but won’t engage the flywheel.
