Being on a cpap it’s not easy to nap without it. When I first started my pt I did doze off 1 day. Also the oxy made me sleepy so that had to get gone quickly

Afternoon pullers of the pud. Round 2 of pt done for the day. These last couple days have me feeling like I can walk. Very little pain in my knee just moving it when I get up. I sat at a chair last night for dinner with the brace unlocked which allowed me to sit with my knee bent. Tomorrow is in office pt so I’ll find out how good I’m really doing.
