Morning / Evening All. We start the day above the freezing mark at 2C/36F but those a$$holes in Colorado are sending us some weather so it is going to turn to suck later. I can’t even name the precip I felt outside, wasn’t really wet but wasn’t ice pellets either, freezing drizzle maybe? Drive a complete sheet of ice but I stayed upright and did’t smash my head again.

Im not a napper. As these days start to drag on knowing im close to walking I definitely feel like I could nap.

Being on a cpap it’s not easy to nap without it. When I first started my pt I did doze off 1 day. Also the oxy made me sleepy so that had to get gone quickly
