What kind of rub did you hit the turkey breast with before it went on the smoker? Always looking for new ideasAfternoon slackers and diks. Just finished the 500 hour service on my friends track loader. Learned some things and found out this avs machine is very service friendly. Had a fuel gauge issue and dealer sent a fuel sending unit as probable issue. 30 minutes is all it took to replace that and problem solved. Once the turkey breast come off the smoker I’ll run down and wash the loader and let it dry in the garage over night and bring it back in the morning. This way I get to use the loader any time I want and next weekend is one of those times I use it for the gtg. Don’t eat to much like Jason would. Have a safe and happy turkey day.

Mayo binder with meat church Texas sugar. This is my first one and while the bone in breast we bought was not what I was expecting I’m still not worried about things. A friend did this cook last weekend with a small breast and didn’t end up following the directions for the same reason I’m going to have to change things up as the breast is not as big as I thought.
