What in the name of Brokeback Mtn is goin’ on in here? We got mf’ng decomposed bodies in a forest just stankin’ like hell, leaking radiators, pelts stuck in a/c condensers, tractors galore, and fajitas. I can’t leave you peeps alone for half a day of radiatoring and cuttin’ da yard and look what’s happened. I want answers now Private Dally!
you can want all you want but you are gonna have to wait until you get back to work monday and suck it lol

Mine just started leaking yesterday, did you get a OEM mopar radiator, or aftermarket radiator?
Got a Carquest Premium 2-row radiator p/n 812813 for just over $200 after a 20% off coupon code...Dodge stealership right up the road wanted $350 for the same. This Carquest is exact to the original 17-yr old, plastic tank radiator that came out. I was looking at a couple of solid, all aluminum tig welded, 3-row cross-flow radiators on Amazon for around $190-$230 or so, that they claim are absolute drop in replacement but when you read the reviews they all share a couple of problems…no place to mount the power steering fluid cooler to the bottom. The PS cooler has two brackets welded to the bottom that mount to the bottom channel of an original or aftermarket radiator. And some tig welded nuts on these all aluminum ones are not the same thread nor diameter as the bracket hardware you removed, so a trip to da hardware store is gonna hafta happen if you ain’t got it on hand in the shop. Some reviews even said the tig welded nuts were off a little bit as well. I remember some reviews saying they just let the PS cooler hang and do it’s’ thing, some zip-tied the cooler on somehow…I ain’t into none of that shade-tree option bullshitt. Would like to have opted for an all-aluminum but the factory plastic tank radiator lasted 17 yrs…if I can get 10 or so yrs outta this Carquest replacement, I got my money’s worth with a couple of hours of labor involved.

Another thing…I couldn’t find a black finned radiator no matter who aftermarket made it...raw aluminum is all I could find. And I damn sure ain’t paying $20 plus a can for no Eastwood satin radiator paint. Nor would I opt for a couple of light coats of high temp satin or flat engine paint. You ain’t doing nothing but f’ng with the heat dissipation anyhow. With the trans cooler and power steering cooler mounted in the front, you hardly see any raw aluminum with the hood down anyways.

@redline4 I cleaned the a/c condenser cooler, trans fluid cooler, and power steering fluid cooler with a non-acidic condenser/evaporator coil cleaner concentrate I’ve got several gallons of, mixed some with water in a sprayer, and got em lookin’ spiffy. No doubt they breathing better now.

That Allis CA was a nice little tractor. 4 speed, power adjust rear wheels, power adjust front axle, live pto clutch, and Snap coupler implement hitch.
Last tractor was a Romanian built unit. Same folks as some of the Long brand stuff if I remember right.
AC had Renault build some of their stuff(160).
Also Toyoshia for the smaller 5000 series(5010/15/20).

you should buy the ford
its the only thing they never *frenched up
Nope. That one was mostly designed by Harry Ferguson.
Gutless little POS. Yeah, ive got one.
Fergie TO20/30 was a better tractor all around. Could be had with a Perkins diesel in the 30/35/65 maybe others. Tilt hood on the Fergie was just practical. Ferd was a PITA to get to ANYTHING.

I have a to-20. Wouldn't trade it for a 8n. Maybe for a workmaster 800 series. Just for the live pto though. That flathead engine on the Ford is ok, but gutless. I used to mow twice a year with a 5 for brush hog all day without issues. Just make sure you have an ORC.

even though they was the first ones able to go 45mph i still prefer the old farmall tractors
Minnie Mo UDLX was a "goin to town tractor". That one had a cab and bench seat for the wife and younguns to ride along.
Bill Cockshutt made some pretty cool machines. Bummer about the name...

What I'm sayin is that Henry Ford was a cheap Mfer. He went into the 8N deal with Harry on a handshake and thought he could make more cheaper doing it his way.
He got fugged on that deal, and served him right. Still sold a metric *s-wordton of those little bastards though.
Not saying they are bad tractors. Many people made a living and fed their families with an 8N. They just arent as good as what they could have been if ole Henry had just got his chit together and let the man that knew more about a tractor have a little more say.

I met a man in SC that woke up nearly completely paralyzed from a stroke he had in his sleep. His arm was still in a sling.....and he had some tough times in therapy, but he was walking well enough to be visiting the USS Yorktown. I pray that your mother recovers as well.
They cant find a sign of a stroke is the weird part. Many CT scans and an MRI. This all started from hip surgery. Spent a few hours with mom this afternoon. Just hung out and watched TV. Talked a little bit mostly just let her rest. Hopefully a few more days and she will be ready to leave the hospital. They will do a video of her swallowing Monday which will tell then if she can be without a feeding tube all together or not. She said the applesauce she got was very good. The nurse told me that in the morning mom was moving a lot but she gets tired as the afternoon goes on. I need to get some stuff done at home tomorrow so I’ll go Monday after work again.

Funny how the most bland foods in the world taste like absolute Heaven when you haven't eaten anything for a while. I remember eating plain white toast after being sick for a couple weeks and thinking it was the most amazing thing I ever ate.
