We are watching a system building in Montana that is expected to bring the city 4 to 6 inches on Saturday, hoping it stays South of home but likely it can't stay south enough that we don't get any. Sledders will be happy, the trail along the highway was starting to show some bare spots.
We're getting snow and wind as we speak. It looks like it going to swirl and maybe stick around for a bit. Time will tell. Have all the new calves locked up under roof so nothing gets buried.

Could someone just sack kick him hard enuff to bust all that blockage loose and not have to go the bypass route? I still nominate Ed. But i live a lot closer. I'll do it if necessary.
Hey I dont mind helping out a Slacker brother in need. I'm only 10 or so hours out.
I can be there in the morning if nobody else is willing to try.
We OWE it to the mfer. ;):stick::patadaenwevs:
Seriously Dallas, let us know how this is going.
Bypass surgery is pretty serious chit.

Here's a little interesting tidbit for you boys and girls...your Air Force is in collaboration with Rolls Royce (obviously a multi-billion dollar contract will ensue), for the eight replacement engines (four dual engine pods per a/c), on the entire fleet of B-52 Stratofortress long-range bombers. These Rolls Royce F130 dual pod engines have been in testing for some time now over at the NASA Stennis Space Center in Mississippi....part of extending the service life of the B-52's capabilities into the 2050's....mind you they entered operational service in 1955.

Who'd have thunk a damn centennial strategic bomber...testament to just how bad-ass these B-52's truly are. We see one or two on occasion here at Robins for refueling then they get gone fairly quick afterwards. On occasion if one has an IFE it'll stick around until the issue(s) get handled, but that's a rare occasion...they're a pretty damn solid, heavily updated aircraft.

Did have a few A-10 Warthogs and a couple of F-35's touch down earlier in the week, never heard as to why, and they were gone a few hours later.

There's yer aircraft update for the week.

A lot of those Pratt and Whitney J57 engines made their way through the Teledyne plant in Neosho. Dad was an inspector for several years. Place started out as Rocketdyne/Aerojet. Think Apollo mission times, hard to think that this area helped put man on the moon. Grandfather was head of maintenance during those years. Sad thing is Teledyne sold out and the three or four companies that followed just wanted the contracts. Closed the doors completely about 6 or 7 years ago.

Evening fellas. Got a good start on the tater/onion box today. Tomorrow I'll sand and maybe hit it with some walnut stain i had laying around and finish it off with bronze hardware.

Are you just wining that or do you have a blueprint/plan for that?

I wouldn't mind making one of those for my wife but without instructions to follow, I'd be fùcked..
I can tear down engines and transmissions without instructions but can't build a wood box to save my life.

I go for consultation appointment next Thursday about a triple bypass
I'm not liking that slacker.
But I did read it.
They have come a LONG way with open heart surgery since my grandfather had it done in 1983.
He had quadruple bypass surgery, recovered like the badass WW2 vet and Depression survivor he was, and proceeded to work my arse off for another 6 or 7 years.
Said it was like getting the motor rebuilt in your car. Didnt realise how down on power it was until you got it freshened up.

Please understand that this is a result of an underlying condition, and the results are temporary. They cant fix heart disease, but they have done a damn good job of patching it up.

Moral of the story is, make sure you tell them ALL of your symptoms, not just the ones you arent embarrassed by(because it DOES make a difference how they treat this), and set your hardass head to do what they fuggin tell you to.
They arent ALL *pretty boyes.
SOME of them actually went to school for this chit, and have done it before...

Bossladys Birfday is coming up in May, then our anniversary in June.
I have no decent ideas for EITHER of those events.
I believe she has finally started to realize that I never will.
I do remember to tell her happy dirfdaze and anniversaries ...n stuffs tho.
Truth is that she is WAY better than anything I could do for her, and I'm damn blessed to have someone that takes care of me like she does.
I should be less of a dik really...

Ouch.
We're they able to get the arterial sample? Thats a bish. They have to go DEEP for that one.
Not saying you arent used to that...;)

All the tests and bullchit can tell them a lot, but make sure you add in any wierd chit that you feel etc.
Sometimes it does make a difference.
