I'd help Randall the but he might ignore me or get a big headache.
Pretty good with old wiring myself. Grounding the panel with a new wire would be my first check. And don't use that Amp gauge to run things. They suck and burn up most times with add-ons but he knew that already.

Based off size, I'm assuming it was mom and 3 kits. About 5 minutes after they passed a deer started snorting in the direction the went.
I've never seen more than 1 at a time either.
