Never hired a guide. We scouted for new spots in the marsh every day between hunts and found our own. 8 of us would shoot 400 ducks in a week. One local guide named Troy would often hop in with us lolI've been meaning to ask if you used a local guide or outfitter when you came up. Calvin from Wavey Creek Outfitters is my neighbour, he's sold the business now but I think he would have been in charge the last time you were up.
