Lol, this piston is just about wore through on the lower portion of the exhaust side skirt. I couldn’t believe how clean the bottom end looked. And yeah, no oil to be found anywhere in the bottom end.

That's exactly how my 562 came to me, not quite that fried but all of the gas and none of the oil.
Stihl guy would have thrown it on a shelf in his garage and bought a new one.

Won't be for a couple of years, they are on a 3 year pcs, so March 2025? Unless they come to the states on leave. He will be 2-1/2, so will be walky talky and ready for tractors. Lol
