Any of you ballbags got a recipe for smoked buffalo wings that you would care to share with the fat kid? Asking for a friend.
Smoke them for an hour, deep fry them to make them crispy, and make a sauce out of 50/50 Frank’s red hot and Italian dressing and add a half stick of butter

I'd do a basic brine with a little garlic and sage and let the smoke do the rest. A finish on the grill or in oil to crisp the skin is a must. Kevin's sauce sounds interesting.
