Any of you ballbags got a recipe for smoked buffalo wings that you would care to share with the fat kid? Asking for a friend.

I don’t do buffalo style but like a high heat smoke on the kettle using the vortex. We prefer dry wings of different flavours but Kevin’s sauce sounds damn good.

Smoke them for an hour, deep fry them to make them crispy, and make a sauce out of 50/50 Frank’s red hot and Italian dressing and add a half stick of butter

Just made up a batch of that sauce. Damn tasty!!! No quite eat with a spoon but was dipping pretzels in and I like. Not enough heat to hurt, mild heat with a ton of flavour and the creaminess from the butter. Yum.

I do commend you though young man. I know you've taken a lot of ribbing here. Most guys your age cannot get off the
couch to do any manual labor. For whatever its worth, not only did you do it yourself, you enlisted others to do so.

Thank you. I’ve always found manual labor to be a great way to exercise, it’s also strangely relaxing in a way

The oldest boy is coming for supper tomorrow to celebrate my bday. He requested ribs, I have a couple racks of those to go on the smoker but with this talk about wings I took a 4.5lb pack out of the freezer and will do those on the kettle.

Going to be a great day, hot fall temps, likely the last time in the pool this year and then ribs, wings and fried rice all cooked over charcoal.

At least I don’t have to make the dessert too...
