Just simple Maffs. Kinda less Maffs really. Why defeat the purpose of a SMC by having to put all new mounts in a Ferd that really dont want or need em anyhow? Kinda like transplanting a Gerbil heart into a Guinnea Pig. Sure, it'll work, but wont have enough hearse purrs to do nuffin wif it. Now you jus gots a fat guinnea pig that eats all the time and dont do nuffin.

Not really.
Was just symbolisms n such.
Only rats we had was mostly in the barn, and we tried to get rid of em.
Chebbys, Ferds, Dirges. All good stuff back in the day.
Dad's father was a Chevy man. Moms dad was a Ford fella. Dad had a Dodge, cause he couldnt afford either one, so I got a little bit of everything.
Ive had better luck with Fords not leaving me walking than the others, and I'll leave it at that.

you can get a big one for the same price as a 25 to 35 hp compact

I'm so disapointed in those lil bastids, especially after how good their parents(10 series Macs) are. Nice looking saw. Probably low hours. Probably dont run worf a chit.

Yeah dont go buy a 4' flail mower for one either. Get a tractor that can handle at least a 5' flail mower(Bush hog). Stupid prices on the 4' ones.

Ive owned and worked on many Ford, Chevy and dodge plus others. There are some from all I like. Some from all I hate. Chevy Monza. Garbage. I had 3 though. 4cly, 6 and a factory V8 version. Had to raise the motor just to change 3 plugs on the driver's side. Couldn't even get the wires on or off without unbolting the motor. They all did and do dumb chit

Don't nun ya yota peeps ger ur panties in a wad. I like Toyota. Have a Vibe built by Toyota and looking at a highlander. They did however have some crumbling frame issues in the trucks.

+1 on the Monza. Also some V8 Cutlass and Chebby Monte Carlos. Why da fug would they make chit so hard?
Ferds no different nowadays.
All made to sell, not work on.
Ed and the rest of the "true" mechanics out there busting knuckles on stuff now have my complete sympathy and respect. I give some chit, but I know they earn their money.

Rental yards. Only tractors I see anywhere around here run Kubota. They hold up well. I know what idiots do to rental equipment. I was once one of those idiots.
