13 head out this morning. All open heifers. What did they do? Went straight to the field where a bull is. At least they didn't get in there with him, and he didn't tear down any fence. Got that situation under control for now.....locked em in the place where I weened em. Back to my coffee.

Absolutely. Getting the bull away and into another pasture was tricky. A couple of times I thought he was going to get *s-wordty with me.
I always had about a 4 foot piece of 1 1/2 plastic pipe
It was long enough to help guide and light enough it could be swung
I would get between the bulls when the neighbors bull got out
I’d get their attention when I’d hit it on the head

fiberglass step-in post works great for that too.
