That's the beauty of variable vane turbo technology. Problem is you gotta be electrified. I do like that feature on the newer engines instead of dual huffers.

Definitely on the older engines. But on the newer ones any sign of smoke tells me there is a problem. Including but not limited to low fuel pressure. Figure that one out LOL!! That video is a good example of what @p61 western was talking about
