Good morning Ed what monstrosity you working on today to finish off your week

2021 Yukon. 3,300 miles.
Customer complaint of multiple warning lights, messages on start up.
95 dtc's stored in 22 different modules, mostly low voltage and loss of communication.
Battery voltage at 5v. Charged, tested good.
Let sit, same thing.
Charge, tested, failed. Replace battery.
Check parasitic draw, 15mA.
Let it sit outside, started 3 times throughout the day, then 2 hours later, same *s-word. Battery voltage at 3.8v.

Company signed us up for a OSHA 30 hour safety class for next week. Find out this morning that we wouldn't get paid to go. Called the boss and bailed. Class isn't required and I'm not giving up dang near 900 bucks in wages . He got a polite GFY.
Spoken like a true union tradie :campeon:.So when you break that down they’re telling you indirectly that you don’t know how to work safe ,after all these years doing the job I’d give them the GFY as well :risas3:

Time to start pulling fuses and relays until that parasitic draw goes away. Hopefully you find it easy.

15mA doesn’t seem like much.....You’d think it would take more like 15-20A for a half day to drain a car battery

I thought the same. I’m wondering if intermittently there’s something drawing more that’s not happening when he’s looking at it
