Exactly like that. One example, 3:30 get an email from a contractor. “I was recently notified that you haven’t supplied the lights for suite 401. We need these delivered first thing Thursday morning. “ That didn’t sound right to me so I had to drop what I was doing and check.

Luckily only another 2 floors to complete on this building and this phase will be done. Should get a couple months without their idiocy until the next building gets further along in construction.

I can’t imagine what *B-S.... the trades on site are having to deal with. I will say the crew of Hutterite girls cleaning are “fun”.

Not at al, the mgmt of this job is a joke. I invoice everything I send to the site. The owners of the building have made so many changes without getting them priced ahead of time its hilarious. All the suite lighting in on them directly as they didn’t want to pay the EC’s mark up to manage it all. Now they are having to do more work and pay more than they ever thought.

This job was awarded in Oct 2017 and had been a *s-word show ever since.
