Well with this usps *s-wordstorm going on and my needed tractor part floating around outer space somewhere, the seller (Zack Kerber machine) graciously offered me a deal to send another part free of charge but UPS this time with the deal being I send him the original part back if or when it shows up. I shook the man's hand over email and definitely accepted the deal.

Best I ever had was an old NATO poncho that was big enough to fit over a 70 pound pack. Thick and heavy but did a damn good job.
