You sure we don't work in the same shop, at opposite ends? Had to compose an email last week letting the leaders know that when something breaks taping it back together to keep running is not an acceptable form of repair.

I wish they'd buy us some shoe or boots here, between oil and glue they're fugged real quick like.

I'll snag a picture of it to night at work but it's a flood tube on a mandrel and you inflate it to swap the tube. So instead of using a brass or copper drift and a hammer just take it hammer time and dent the mandrel. It hurts just thinking about it.
