Got a 755ST. That one moves the gravel in the driveway at idle. No need for twins.
Worried myself. Hes been consistent with posting.
Some cardio related health problems mentioned for awhile. Then goes missing. Makes anyone worry. He's in Norway, so cant just check the yellow pages for his home phone either.
Good dude. Id really like to know how to check on him too. I dont even know his last name. That might help.
Oh, sure, no need for overkill. But it sure is nice to have it.
Good evening saw hoarders...
I Seen a nice buck today couldn't get a clear shot.
In other news Toilet paper shelves are empty in these parts
I'm not an expert, or even a novice at V-Dubs.
Ive heard speaks of a 90 HP dual port motor. Was that a real thing?
Looks like you knuckle humpers could be pulling it faster with a versi-tugger
That crane didn't beat you too bad today did it?
How fast with a versi-tugger and astroglide? Asking for a friend.
From VW 55 maybe 60 tops. 90 gets ya moving pretty good in a beetle. Mine will just be a cruiser.
You and your friend have issues lmao. How are you doing John?
That one had an Eddy-current motor on it. Brake/gearbox housing has been updated to a newer DC brake system. Not sure if there was a mechanical load brake in that upgrade, but it held up 4500 pounds of scissor lift with a trashed wet brake, so maybe.
Elberton GA is a long-term testing grounds for cranes and hoists. 3M was bought by Dresser Corp a long time ago. They were in turn bought by CM, who you worked for a long time ago as well. This thing is still getting punished every day, and its older than both of us.
Alton Shaw built the first electric hoist with a General Electric DC motor designed by Thomas Edison.
He did it for Henry Harnishfegger and Roger Pawling. Not long after they incorporated as the P&H corporation of Milwaukee WI.
Versi-Tugger?? Going right on my Christmas list!
@dall you got one of these yet?
Dunno... Hang on I'll ask. Hey @dall how fast with versi-tugger and astroglide?
He's probably still trying to get his fastest time down.
I have his address if that helps somehow, some way.
Astroglide(or clear 77) is a wonderful thing!
Can't remember how many feet of wire I pulled, but my back and shoulders seem to indicate A LOT.
