We sing in Lakota....loud and proud. That helps about breathing in the breath of the grandfathers. The spring water, and minerals from the stones.....its just good stuff.

We heat river rocks till they are cherry red in the fire.....then bring about ten in with a pitchfork and put em in a small hole in the center.
