I dont know if i should post this here or classifieds because i'm looking for help but will be selling.
I bought a pile of old saws and parts. There's 2-3 mid sized boxes of enveploes with NOS parts. Problem is i dont know what they fit. Some envelopes have part numbers but it'll take forever to google every one. Figured i'd just start posting pics and see if anybody recognizes them.
They'll be for sale. I think there's stihl, j-red, pioneer, some remmington.
I'll start with some gaskets and some hoses0723171812a.jpg 0720171636.jpg 0720171622.jpg 0720171633.jpg 0720171631.jpg

I'd almost guarantee that one is from an older, "muffler on the side, spark plug under the trigger" saw. I know I've worked on some that had a gasket like that. You leave it as is (don't tear at the perforations). The bottom is cylinder gasket and the top is reed valve. I don't think it was a 245a. Think it was either my Homie SXL 925 or old craftsman roper. The square hole definitely says reed cage. Not saying it would fit a 925 or roper, but that's the era you're looking at for that one anyway.

Not too much help, I know.

Any help is good help, thanks. I've got half dozen of all those gaskets.

Those gaskets look suspiciously Homelite to me, XL-12/SXL-12 maybe?
