I used to drive for my dad hauling sand and stone for our redi mix plant. I got behind one day and had 16 yards of sand on a 10 yd truck. Met Mrs DOT a mile from the shop. That cost the ol man about $2500Speaking of DOT inspections. I got stopped yesterday because there was saw dust flying off the top of the truck.....really?!?! If you're talking about the air vents, take them out and put in a tire stem with the valve removed. You can find real short ones for mower tires. The hole is the correct size and stem caps hold fumes just fine. Only drawback is they need replaced in about 2 years because the fuel softens the rubber. My supply of the little yellow caps is getting low though.
