That appears to be a pull off type clutch, not a threaded spin off type, an impact gun won`t help much on that one without a puller attached.

That's from a barnfind stihl 07, paid 20€ ( 20usd ) for it and got a homelite xl-123 to go with it. It runs, but it's missing the govenor device from the carb, so it's stalling when trying to make a cut.
It has been in the " box of doom " waiting what to do with it.......

You can`t fix dumb repairs, that`s a cut off/toss away when it comes to fixing it ever again....LOL
