Need help identifying odd stihl cases

Does anybody have any idea of what kind of saw this along to? The extended fuel filler neck is throwing me.

It is probably a talk 350 cutoff saw variant of the 08s or S10 saws.

Probably used for concrete cutting as you can see the "blasted" portions of the flywheel. Excessive wear on the intake side of the piston is another clue if present. Can't tell from the pics.
