Let's get this backon track. What's the plan for groceries? I'll stuff and wrap up some peppers for the smoker. Local butcher does a ton of specialty brats. I'm thinking about getting a loose lb. or two from him and getting bigger peppers and adding a little of that. Not sure yet. We're due to do can some salsa in a couple weeks, and the hot peppers. Didn't get to these until today but my salivators were working just stuffing the jars.View attachment 252741

Holly has most of the stuff figured out for food. I tried getting her to back off but she says she enjoys it. And I learned 30 years ago not to argue with her.

Thursday night 3-4 different soups and ham/cheese sliders

Bfast sandwiches on the griddle

lunch hotdogs/brats/ whatever sides


dinner Smoked chicken quarters, Glock’s ribs, poutine, corn, chocolate lasagna

Saturday
Bfast Homemade corned beef hash

lunch. Burgers, taco salad, watermelon

dinner Smoked Pork shoulders, cheesy potatoes, baked beans, and a strawberry desert

Sunday
Bfast whatever’s left

My oldest boy just had 10 pulp cord of maple, beech, and ash delivered. Should give us sumptin to do Friday after Dallas sharpens all our chains
