Al, 103/120

Just widen the intake.

I know the intake seems real long, but it works on this saw.

You might go higher on the exhaust, and higher on the transfers and get more.......but I've done a lot with those numbers and they are a good solid starting point.
Square up the floor, or leave it pyramidal?

Hey Pat,

Will this saw be more of a limber, dual purpose, or primarily a bucking saw?

It will Probably be used more for bucking but I'm sure it will be used for limbing too. It's so nice and light.

Not that it really matters, but I'd be curious to see what the weight difference of the connecting rods (034 vs 036) are. I also wonder why Stihl changed the style? Money savings? Ease of manufacture?

E clip is under the clutch drum. Clutch is still on the saw

It had a really nice KS cylinder and piston on it. The rod was stock. As far as I know this saw was never apart until now. These are pictures of the original setup

Pat,

Your jug is done.

Gasket less was .014 squish. I took .034 from the base and .040 from the band.

Final numbers dead on at 103/120/82.

Final squish .0205 with .023 solder

Pics to follow.
