WANTED MS880 oil pump

A good friend of mine just sold his 880 recently. The buyer thought the oiler was being stingy when they were testing it. He was right. It has locked up. Anyone have one to spare? Thanks!

Has someone tried cleaning it out? If it's like an 084, they get a varnish on them and won't spin. I brought one back by cleaning it out with solvent and a brass brush

I wish I had it with me, but the buyer took it to his dealer and he said it was stuck and offered him one for $150... I am hoping to get my buddy out of this mess with a pill he can swallow...

There's not really much inside them to lock up. A gear spins and pushes back and forth 1/8" on a rod. They get varnished and stick
