Never used mix to clean flippy caps, a wipe with a old rag or wipe it off with my fingers works fine. They do collect more dust than the old style though or husky caps.

I think you missed the joke. How is it the saws fault when he is the one dumping mix on it. And yes I have a brush I take with me or if it's a worse case scenario I'll just clean the tank and replace the fuel filter.

Yeah I don’t agree with having to pour mix on a saw personally. A waste of gas anyway.
