461's will be around a while, they ain't silly enough to drop a classic tried and true saw, for some spring loaded, computer controlled, untested new finagled model, 1st they are going to have the public guinea pig it for them, to see what updates it needs.

Watch for the updated....#intake boot#coils#clutch covers#solenoid#cylinder#etc

Hi Clint, I think the original 7900 is @ 6.3hp, not 5.7. And 13.6 lbs

pricey, but you get what you pay for, 60cc class saw weight with a 70 cc top end, its hard to beat that deal.

The posted weights on the MS440 and MS460 are incorrect. In the real world, the 440 is about 14 lbs, and the 460 about 14.75, power head only. The 362-C is 13 lbs.

Hopefully, the posted weight of the new 462 is not an exaggeration, but we will see.

I have also seen old Stihl specs that stated the 044 was 13 lbs, complete BS!
