I would consider 32" more of a reasonable, or realistic max bar length for an 1128.
Excactly....

You have the HO oiler pictured...

I upgraded my 461 oiler because I wanted mor oil on a 25" in dry hard wood....I wouldn't even try a 32" with the stock oiler, as I said that's just my opinion, in softer woods it may work...

Evening gentlemen

So I ordered both the HO piston and control bolt for my oiler that I have apart.

Also bought a 32" ES Light bar and chain (wow that was an expensive bill)

How do y'all remove the brass bushing that holds the piston in place?

I have boogered mine up trying to get it out already with pliers and it still hasn't budged.

Also, someone mentioned having to press this back in or something upon installation?

I had no problem getting the roll pin out (took a small Allen wrench to my bench grinder and made a punch)

Thanks

Mine came out easily with a pair of channel locks. Don't be afraid to twist it; there's no risk of harming anything else. Did you take the little pin out? I think maybe that just holds the control bolt in?

I used a bench vise to press it back in only because it was handy and easy.

There's a thread on it on AS... is linking there frowned upon?

Could some one help me?

I modded my oiler but somehow managed to lose the rubber bushing that fits in the gap between the oiler and saw. (Leaks like crazy)

It's on the pressure side of the oiler. The suction has a nipple coming off the pump that ties directly into the oil line and filter.

Can't find a part number or anything online so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
