MS 660 Pull Cord Issues

I’ve had the same happen with a high comp 262, the oem style knot just pulled through the handle, made it a more substantial knot with a few more turns and no more problem.

Probably not the best fix for you, just to say this is a problem others have faced.

I have one. Mind your P’s & Q’s when you start him.

Super 1050A . Yes I always roll the piston over just past tdc , and give it hell. Adding a throttle lock to it helped also.
