Looks better than mine. I used an angle grinder with a cutoff wheel, and finished with a Dremel
Have you ever drilled holes and then used round and flat files by hand to finish it? A 1/2" drill bit is perfect for the stihl mount and it leaves the end of the bar stud groove with a perfect half circle that looks near factory when done.

Got bored today. Took a 24" Stihl ES big nose bar that I don't use much and hacked it up to fit a couple of these with a 72DL chain. Picked up the 12 and 10 from @dall. Thanks Dallas

They don't look so big now lol

I sized up the 12 pin with the chain on and marked the bar for length, studs, oiler, and adjuster holes. I drilled the ends of the slot and cut it out with a cutoff wheel in my angle grinder. @exSW, that's your bar tip. Thanks

I can't imagine a 12 being worth a *s-word on a normal saw lol

I used a cutoff wheel also and a flap disc to round it. (Just the tail) everything else was on the mill

12 pin ran good Kevin, about 25% faster in that test than the 10 pin.
Wear those chaps
I need to invest in some. When we're talking going from a 7 tooth up to a 12, at 13k rpm's that thing is moving
