Actually it's an old recipe saw. I've been digging back thru my notes. This is how I did this model in 2012.

I think this 044 would be my favorite to really work with. It's tuned to 15,000 rpm and would run higher.

I'd recommend reshooting the video with an OPE shirt on. It must have been dirty that day.

.020" squish clearance
103 ex
122 tr
75 in
flywheel advanced .020" at the key.
Exhaust and intake as wide as possible, and as square as possible and not hurt the rings.
Transfers stock width.
Lips trimmed off the lower openings.

I didn't check it on this saw, but my notes say 200psi.
