Everyone needs an occasional break. But it's rarely our place to tell others when to take it.
If I learned anything from Wayne's World, it's that people really should settle down and have some tea.

Now....I would like to address the IH part of your post.

No explanation necessary. I watched it all play out and don't disagree with your general position. And as I said, I didn't intend for my comments to initiate a rehash of previous subjects. My only observation would be that it coulda been handled, shall we say, a bit more efficiently? I think 30 or 40 pages woulda done it. LOL

Ok. I'll go now. Good luck with everything.

What not drinking coffee fortified with Jack or Jim?;)

OH well I quit coffee for several months as I got up to 4 pots a day. Now that it is cold I am back up to one pot. The blood pressure meds makes hard to drink tea as it goes out as fast it goes in.

Your great grand pappy was a damn smart feller.

If he'd have been a little more forward thinking, he could've left quite a legacy.

When he'd get done logging a tract (with horses and a buzz rig, usually 80-120 acres) the landowner would usually offer the tract for $1.
They figured it was worthless after the lumber was gone.

Well, great grandpa thought they were right and passed on buying. Her could've owned thousands of acres for next to nothing.

Different times for sure. I'm told he could walk a tract and tell you how many board feet were in it, and he'd usually be real close to the actual #.

:risas3: that was funny but not a ounce of truth.

Tor I love your chainsaw knowledge etc but you might want to stick to what you know.

I was curious on some numbers myself.

Here a website has 9K member's with 175 active. I changed from a website to social media chainsaw repair group in 2013 as I could see where things where heading. There 39K member's with 15,000 active daily. Lot of folks from here too. ;)

Other numbers and the users. I wasnt seeing what you said. So I checked. Seems most of all 18-49 signed up. 50 and over smallest group, but is starting to grow.

50 and over less likely folks to be on FB ;)

Hate it or like it. It is the marking dream for business for sells. 75% of Americans are signed up on it.
Why it is so easy and fast to find and sell chainsaw parts and saws in the groups.

Will be watching for you chainsaw builds Tor.

Hey Kev,
You're probleby right about the activity, probleby 100% right about who use Facebook, and, I actually don't care.
I've been active on FB, but not for several years, but why? you gotta see where I come from.
It wasnt important for me to be part of a big platform, and to be honest, I never liked a big forum either.
Last time I login at FB, I used so damn much time to get rid of all those stupid viedoes friends of me had posted, could probleby setup my account again, waste of time though. You may be a bit surprised since I've passed 50, but I'm not the only one who has quit Facebook of my friends.
So, all the things you like Kev doesn't mean it's a good thing for everyone else...

Randy, I have a couple extra quarts of Kesslers, if you're serious about relieving stress. Getting pickled and having dry heaves the next morning always straightens one out.

I appreciate that.....I really do.

BUT......I've been clean and sober for going on 15 years now. I'd hate to have to go to a meeting and pick up a white key tag. LOL

Her thighs wouldn't look like that if all she ate were apples.
There ain't one thing wrong with those thighs, and apples, all I see are melons.

Mr Awesome

PS-That mini kilt is da bomb. You should see all the thighs hanging under some at the Highland Games.
