I was told a quart of auto transmission fluid in the fuel once in a while keeps the injectors clean . Must be the detergents in it ,i know if get it on my greasy hands it cleans them up .Not sure if would dissolve rust chunks though .

I use this soltution for unsticking cylinders that water has got into .If ya can take the tank out/off put 50/50 ATF and acetone, keep sloshing it around and let it sit for a while she'll be clean as a brand new penny. Drain and rinse out with fuel and good to go. Does take a bit of time but works excellent. SS
Tryin to keep some case compression?I'm gonna go crawl in a sweat lodge fellers.
I'll leave you with this picture to ponder.
