Randy has increased the chainsaw fun in my life.

And I'll tell you what: It's a little weird sending a brand new saw and a check to someone you've never talked to face to face or shook hands with. I'm not a very trusting person by nature because of lessons I've learned the hard way. People can be very dishonest and this chainsaw building business is no exception as one can tell by reading about experiences on these forums. I've only had two saws done by Randy but my experiences with him have been GREAT. It's not only how the saws run but also his attention to detail that impresses me. Little things that he doesn't have to do but does because he takes pride in his work.

same here!! he has been truly inspirational and a CAD multiplier for me.
now factor in a 32000 mile round trip of freight to the equation. was very nervous in the beginning.

Have 3 saws ported by Randy and love em all, but just as important when I get stuck on how to do something I can just send him a PM and he gets back to me with the details on how to do it (or re do it) right.

I'm really pleased with how all 7 of my saws run (5 ported, 2 not), but Randy's fingerprints are on every one of them, even the non ported ones I did the work on (base gasket delete, timing advance, etc).

Thanks Randy, I really appreciate it! You have improved my chainsaw experience!
