I’m planning on re-ringing my buddy’s well-used ms400. Does caber offer standard rings for this saw? Can’t find any info on the rings in general. It’s coming in for a major service. I think I’ll also do all the rubber pieces, fuel filter, air filter, carb kit, spark plug, clutch springs, drum, rim sprocket, mod the muffler, advance timing, adjust squish. Anything else to look out for on these saws in terms of wear items? Thanks!

I've got a bunch of stuff from dukes, no problems under heavy use. It's definitely a level above most aftermarket stuff.

MSRP for the OEM rings is $14.99 each. The piston kit is $130.99. If it has enough wear on the piston rings to justify replacing rings perhaps a new piston kit is the better solution? I understand budget may be the motivator, but sometimes doing it right the first time is cheaper.
