Ko95 bar in 063 x .325

Anyone make one like that? I have a bunch of 325 in 063. I can trim them to 16” bar length no problem. The saw I run 325 on now has an 058 bar and just looking toward the future.

.063" is kind of a Stihl thing in small bars, .058" for Husqvarna and both share .050".
Have you considered running a Stihl mount bar with adapter?

I’m thinking that’s going to be my best option. The adapter is $10 and $50ish for an Oregon bar. The cannon bar (Cannon SuperBar : CSB-C1-16-63-2) with all the right parts, $130

I've tried unsuccessfully to find what you are after so I can run a bunch of loops I had from a 261 on my 350s.

What I eventually figured out is that if the chain isn't brand new, a 063 gauge chain will run just fine in a 058 bar. I first tried it with a well used 063 bar, but I've since used a brand new one as well. If both the chain and bar are new, you might have a problem, but otherwise it should work well.

Dont you have to drill new holes if you want to run a 3003 bar on a K095 saw?

I think the chain tension holes are wrong too. But everything is possible with a drill press and a dremel.

It works. The one chain I tried (about 50% life) fit like it was 058. The bar groove was actually .062 by shoving feeler gauges in and a little ware on the chain made it slide just fine in the bar grooves.
