The 2095 came from @blackbruin its a fresh rebuild. I put 4 cuts on it this afternoon. I'll have time to run a tank or two tomorrow. The 111s is going his way in the morning.

I haven’t gotten to run a 111s, but I have two 2095s. The one is a forever junkyard project, but the runner is sooo smooth. Love them

It's gona hurt to see the 111s leave. It's been in my little town since brand new. Was a rental saw for a small saw shop for years and then sat on a shelf in the back room till they shut there doors. I bought it to keep it local but just don't have the time or money to chase down the parts it needs to get it going. So it moves on to someone who does. Its staying in PA so hopefully I'll get to run it at one of the PA GTGs some day.

Putting out another APB for a top cover for a 110. I have a restored saw that needs a decent top; the one I have is cracked and missing decals. Have parts to trade or $$$. Thanks!

I picked up a Jonsereds 90E today. Probably paid too much but it’s really clean, started up easy and the seller was a nice guy that has had the saw since the 70’s. I self identify as a Stihl guy but I really like the few Jonsereds I’ve worked on and now own. I also brought home the sellers 49SP to fix for him.

The 49SP has a vacuum leak from the clutch side seal. I ordered a seal for it but have a question about reassembly of the clutch. Is there anything special to reinstalling the clutch on this? I'm used to clutches that thread on vs. this one sliding on the crank with a key. What should I torque the outside bolt down to?

I've had a flywheel key break due to me not torqueing it down enough so am trying to make sure I get this one right. Thanks!

I think that's a tapered fitting for the clutch to the crankshaft?
If it is, make sure there isn't any oil (squeaky clean) on the crankshaft taper or the clutch hub mating surface.
This type of fitting locks with friction and needs to be oil free.
Oil on those surfaces is a common cause of broken keys
