I just cut a few trees here and there to stay warm. I help people out after trees fall from natural disasters, etc.
I got hired by a guy to clear-cut 1.5-2 acres of trees for the Forestry Management Plan. Last clear cut 80 years ago according to record and the Arborist. He called 4 tree companies. They came, looked at it and never contacted him back. I cut down trees for 3 days a week for about 3 plus months. It was the hardest work I've done in a while.
I cut about 125 trees down. It was hilly and rocky and heavily wooded. Couldn't get any equipment in there for the price of the job. 99 percent of the trees went where I wanted them to go. I had a couple that I completely missed on. I was out there alone. I was fortunate. No real injuries. No equipment damaged.
Logging sure is dangerous hard work...[emoji106][emoji631][emoji482]
