If I'm not welding we will be there early Friday. If I am ill be flying in Saturday morning, Either way ill make sure the curds are there even if I'm not.

I think they put fresh ones out every morning at 11:00 at the creamery in Ellsworth.

yep, sprinkled with powder sugar served with jam on the side. Local restaurant "Keys Cafe" does it right.

Good to know. I used to work at a place that made a mean one. Haven't had one in years. There's a Keys right up the road from me in Hudson.

All their food is good. They have the best coleslaw I've ever had. I think it has sweet onions in it.
