I couldn't agree more Jason
I really don't have the expertise to work on these saws. BUT I do like to run them. Thus I buy my saws from the professional builders on here! I get my fun from running them! LolWho takes this site serious? Working on saws is fun for me, nothing else, heck i don't even use them often, but I like poking the bear so to speak with you guys.

Let’s just call it Dohl. That’s a properly terrible combo. Kinda sounds like Homer Simpson’s saw.LOL. No Hooskies for me Mike.
Maybe Stihlmar would be better? [emoji106]

The base gasket in ass about for a start is the 395 made in Brazil just for cost cutting or is there some other agendaWhich part Todd ?
That the spirit BrianI honestly hope they don't fix there QC problem.
That way I can keep buying blowed up saws cheap.
Ok, I have a serious question for Randy. Do you report back to the dealer you purchase these from and let them know what saw and serial numbers have these QC issues so it can maybe get back to the mother ship?
That’s not the attitude really is it some guy at the factory is having a bad day and the wider community pays for itI've never gotten the vib that anyone at the mothership really cared what I found.
Don't stop doing what you're doing!
