What kind of tools do you need or lost I might be able to send some to you? Sockets screwdrivers wrenches?
Speaking of tools, a eccentric older guy who my boss and I both know when we were over there dropping off his lawn mower said "I'm ready to start going through my warehouse this summer, I've got a milling machine for both of you" and hand tools, all sorts of precision gauges, wood working tools, lathes and stuff like that. We both left thinking our shops aren't going to be big enough. We'll see what pans out, his warehouse is 8000 square feet and you can only access the first third of it.

What am I supposed to do? I don't have my drivers license yet and any friends I do have stay crazy busy. Except for one girl just down the road they're all a hour in the wrong direction now. She stays busy with school and 4H and a bunch of other stuff that other friends of hers also do. I feel stuck! I'm just sick and tired of always being the one to miss out and stay home and work all day. The list of stuff on the farm that needs fixing never seems to end and I've bought way to many tools fixing my parents stuff because we lost everything tool related when the old barn burnt and every dollar of insurance went to the new barn.
I cant help you there, i am about as antisocial adhd as they come.... 🤣 i would rather putz around on the farm working on stuff than be social....

are you/your family a part of any homeschool groups, or are you in/interested in 4h? My mom was one of the leaders of a homeschool group on the southside of chicago while i was still homeschooled, we had monthy meetings with stuff that interested the kids in the group, and we had a weekly bowling club that was organized thru the group, (only reason i tolerated that social activity was because i liked to, and was good at bowling with a 195 average and 267 all time high score🤣)

What are your interests, are there any sort of after school clubs you could join anywhere?

The younger kids do a homeschool group. I was older than everyone else there and found it incredibly boring so I quit.

I have things I find more pleasant than others but nothing I do just because I want to. After school groups I don't know but I generally don't get along with most teens my age. The few others I know of locally are more interested in wearing big tinted sunglasses and acting like they're cool than anything else.

I did driving School (state mandated unless you want to wait until 18 for your license) with the friend just down the road and we had finished everything but the last drive a while ago. Had a drive time open up and they were free so we booked it for tomorrow.

Well it went well. They grade your last drive just so you know how you did, I got 100/100, the friend I go with got 97/100. DMV shouldn't be a issue unless the grumps there make a issue. They always seem to be having a bad day.

Good job! We have grumps at our DMV too; must be a job requirement. Or maybe it's just the constant barrage of fools and rude folks that I'm sure they have to deal with constantly.
