For years I've heard people ask about some sort of feedback system for those that modify, rebuild, and/or sell saws and parts.

For a human to error/make mistakes is normal, how you handle the mistakes defines character. Bad experiences can be had from lack of communication.

For new people, it could be useful. Feedback system on eBay has not stopped trouble.

I'd encourage every that reads this to kept that in mind. If any of us do a saw that you are not happy with......please, tell us about it. We don't just need positive feedback......we need to know what you really think.

I think the builder might get the blame for something that is out of their control. Some people have no regard for anything, and nothing is ever the fault of the dude they see in the mirror. This applies to their chainsaw, pickup truck, wife, kids, coworkers etc. I call them hammers, and they will *b-word the loudest of anyone on a feedback thread.
