They are pervious capsules to put very small parts in so that they can go in the USC. They looked a lot bigger when I bought them on eBay, so I got a tea infuser as well for other smalls.

This saw was one of those where every bolt head was packed solid with crap. It made easy work of it.

You need to take a lesson from Jason, he could take them bolts out and reinstall them without removing the crud packed in em. Lol
