I don't see how people do that.i don't keep mine spotless but it gets cleaned good every time I use them.

Do a search. Lots of threads on thus.
But, no, only the old 2-pc coil will work in an older 61 case.
It all depends on the case you are starting with

61, 66, 266, 268, 272

Then you have to use the 2-pc coil.
Pretty much everything is covered in the various threads including some recent ones

Looks like 1993 for the 266, 1991 for the 61
268/272 are all single

Gents, I have all the parts for my 395xp build, I think. I am ready to install the crank and close up the case halves, wondering what tool you guys use? I will need to buy one apparently apparently

The 9000, 7900, 421, 115, 6100, 5105, makita 5600, just to name a few.

I actually don't have a list of what dolly's the tools fit but I'm betting the main kit covers most of them.

I'm around....if anyone has questions message me and ill eventually get back to you.

Just get a 266 cylinder and use your existing intake and exhaust
Add a hyway 268 popup piston makes for a fine running saw.
