Ok gents had some time today to get the machine work and mm done. Cut .040 pop up in the piston. Cut 055 from the base to set the squish at .020. Was shooting for .025 so I might cut the chamber at some point.

Muff mod was super easy. Thanks to Husqvarna for makes a really sweet muffler that only took about 20 minutes to mod.
Has lots of compression but starts fine with no decomp.

3 seconds faster after machine work. Pretty good gains for machine work only. Can really lean on it now without stalling it out. Not surprised though. Stock ports where pretty good as we're the numbers
Exhaust can be widened to 65% safely but I dont expect any big gains from that.
