Memory foam handle?? Looks comfy..

It's not a memory foam exactly, just a good type of closed-cell foam that's easy on the hands. We used it when refurbishing landing saws for years -
A lot of those guys working landings these days are older and usually have a touch of arthritis and the foam really helps with that.
