Thats what I am gonna do to mine. Muff mod it and leave it alone.I like the hyway 266 popups for those
I'm running a couple
Muff modded but stock otherwise.
Wow... Im gonna check to see what year mine isSome of my stock one's from the 80s have near 200 comp.
225psi?! Woof! That's an 88. Most of the 266's are pretty high comp.
I have one that's about 6-7 tanks j to breaking with a 268 popup in it that's making about 225psi right now.
Don't do that starting it with the rear handle225psi?! Woof!
Yeah I wont lol. I might not port mine because the cylinders are NLA and this chassis of saws are pretty strong stockYah, definitely wouldn't be trying that with that saw. It will rip the handle out of your hand if you don't get it right, that's for sure.
I do intend on pulling it back down and porting it, but it's a pretty strong unit as is.
I think I have 12I may have a slight issue with that chassis...
Going to do a 272 on at least one of those...
I don't feel too guilty grinding on one of those cylinders, but only because I have a couple...
There are actually 3 different 266 cylinders. I have them all... LOL
Everyone that tries my zoo city or stumpshot ported 266s try to buy them.Yeah I wont lol. I might not port mine because the cylinders are NLA and this chassis of saws are pretty strong stock
I've talked to several companies about 266 topcovers
Hopefully someone makes them eventually.
