Well, after a trip to the spa, I rejuvenated this thing with some plastic from a donar saw. And it fired right up. The wires weren't even melted.

Story behind this saw is it belongs to "Firewood John". Had an electrical fire at his shop, and all kinds of stuff got roasted. Full time firewood seller, so I gotta keep em going. Also has a Jonny 2166 with no fire damage that needs a little work. Thing was flooded like I've never seen. They turned the muffler into an auxiliary fuel tank.

A friend had a bad garage fire started by a newer Mercedes. He had a new ms461 in there, the only thing really left of it was the crankshaft. Same for a push mower. The front alloy wheels were mostly gone.
